Fish Keepers Friend wants you to be happy with all of your purchases and we will make every effort to reach this goal.
If you want to return any unused item, send us an email with a brief explanation for the reason for the return. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fees may apply. Each return will be considered on a case by case basis. We will do everything we can to make it as easy as possible.
We are partners with UPS and will charge a flat rate of $7.99 (some exclusions may apply) that will be deducted from your return credit.
Manufacturer warranties are handled by the manufacturer but we are here for you and will assist you in your claim if needed.
